Luis Visoso joined Unity Technologies in April 2021. Prior to joining the company, Visoso served as the chief financial officer (CFO) at Palo Alto and Amazon Web Services (AWS) and was previously the CFO of Amazon’s Worldwide Consumer division. During his 27 years of business experience, he has also held a variety of senior finance positions, including at Cisco Systems and The Procter & Gamble Company, in Latin America, Europe, and the United States. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Jill is North America CFO for LVMH. She is responsible for partnering with the North America CEO and leadership team on all financial and strategic objectives and serves as a main connection point to global headquarters. She leads her team in managing the corporate P&L, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow performance and analyzes key financial measures to identify risk or opportunity in order to maximize success.
Prior to joining LVMH, Jill was Senior Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis for Viacom. She joined Viacom in July 2019 after several years at Johnson & Johnson, most recently serving as Vice President, Finance, supporting the Global Procurement organization. Jill joined Johnson & Johnson in September 2013 as Vice President, Finance, in the Investor Relations team. In March 2014, she assumed the role of Vice President, Finance, Global Franchise Organization for the Consumer Group, where she was responsible for the financial oversight of the Global Marketing Organization, Global R&D and Global Business Development teams for the Consumer business.
Jill has significant experience in financial management including sales and marketing finance, corporate financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain finance and investor relations. She has worked in the Media, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Airline, and Automobile industries. In her last role before joining Johnson & Johnson, Jill served as head of Commercial Finance for HJ Heinz’s UK and Ireland business. While at Heinz, she also served as Director of European Finance and Director of Strategic Planning. Prior to Heinz, Jill was with Delta Air Lines for 10 years where she held positions of increasing responsibility in both Finance and Marketing. Her last position at Delta was head of Finance for the Airport Customer Service business unit. She began her career at TRW.
Jill holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University. She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council.
With more than 25 years of extensive experience leading the financial operations of industrial and healthcare businesses, Monish Patolawala, 3M’s chief financial officer, understands what it takes to drive profitable growth in an ever-changing environment.
“To effectively drive growth, it is important to keep the customer at the center of everything we do. It begins with actively listening and then relentlessly working to deliver outcomes to solve customer problems,” says Monish.
Monish joined 3M as senior vice president and chief financial officer in July 2020 and was drawn to the company for its history of innovation, ethics and global reach.
“3M is not only a world leader in innovation but was built on a foundation of strong ethics, customer centricity, a global mindset and a deep and diverse team,” says Monish.
Prior to 3M, Monish spent 26 years at GE where he held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility across GE’s businesses. As vice president of operational transformation, he led the company’s transformation initiatives driving operating rigor and lean management across the company. Most recently he served as CFO of GE Healthcare. Prior to GE, Monish gained experience at A.F. Ferguson & Co, a former KPMG affiliate. Monish is a certified chartered accountant and a certified cost accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce in Bangalore, India.
Outside of work, Monish enjoys reading, music, watching cricket, playing tennis or badminton and spending time with his family.
Chris Suh is the CVP/CFO Cloud + AI. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Microsoft’s infrastructure, applications and data businesses which includes Azure, Dynamics and SQL Server.
From 2013 to early 2018, Mr. Suh was head of Investor Relations, responsible for Microsoft’s interaction with Wall Street analysts and large institutional shareholders. Prior to IR, he has held a variety of finance roles that include CFO of our global SMB and partner org, Corp planning/FP&A and internal audit.
Mr. Suh joined Microsoft in 1996 from PwC. He received his BA and MBA from the University of Washington.
Jo is SVP Finance and Strategy and Diageo North America. She joined Diageo in 2007 and has worked in various finance and management roles in Ireland, Singapore, Japan and the US. Prior to joining Diageo, she worked in Finance at Nestle, and as a strategy consultant at McKinsey and Company. She began her career at the New Zealand Treasury and has also worked at the International Monetary Fund. Jo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business and Bachelor’s degrees in Arts (Economics) and Business (Marketing) from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
Michelle is Vice President, Group Finance, Supply Chain. Michelle reports directly to Joseph Wolk and serves as a member of the Global Finance Leadership Team. In this role, Michelle provides senior financial strategy and counsel for the Supply Chain organization and serves on the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Leadership Team. In this role, Michelle is responsible for
managing a complex global portfolio including +25B cost of goods sold, +100 internal manufacturing sites, and leading a +950 finance team across 30 countries.
Michelle has extensive experience in complex, global manufacturing businesses and enjoys being a strong business partner. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Michelle joined BHP Billiton in April 2016 as Vice President Finance for the Petroleum business headquartered in Houston, TX. Before that role, Michelle served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems in Mckinney , TX, overseeing accounting, business processes and systems, estimating and pricing, financial planning and analysis, operations/supply chain finance, program controls, and rates and budgets. Previously, Michelle was a Vice President of Finance for Washington Mutual Bank in Seattle, Washington and held
various positions with Honeywell International, Inc.
Throughout Michelle’s career, she has demonstrated a passion for leadership and talent management and has led multiple financial integrations and transformation efforts with both a business and employee focus. She actively supports various diversity & inclusion initiatives and is passionate about creating environments that embrace authenticity.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona. Michelle is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Vikas Mehta is the CFO of Nike Direct. He is responsible for all financial and strategic objectives for Nike’s $12B+ Global Direct business as the company accelerates its digital transformation. He leads a global team that prioritizes strategic investment portfolio, determines measures of success for Nike Direct, and identifies risks and opportunities to build a scalable and profitable long-term business model.
Vikas has an extensive career driving Digital Transformation in both Finance and Strategy roles, with over 20 years of experience in all facets of Finance and Strategy from Financial Planning & Analysis, Audit, Controlling, Investor Relations, Business & Sales Finance, and M&A. Prior to joining Nike, he was VP Finance at Walmart eCommerce and before that spent more than a decade in multiple leadership roles at Microsoft’s world headquarters, including CFO of Microsoft Azure. Earlier in his career he worked at eBay and Autodesk.
Vikas holds an MBA from the Foster School of Business, University of Washington.
Heather Asbell is vice president of Finance and chief financial officer at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. She oversees accounting, business process and systems, estimating and pricing, financial planning and analysis, operational finance and program controls for air and missile defense systems, precision weapons, radars, command and control systems and advanced defense technologies.
Asbell brings more than 20 years of finance experience specific to aerospace and defense. Most recently, she served as vice president of Finance and chief financial officer at Raytheon Missile Systems, prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020.
Before that, she was chief financial officer at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, and she has also held positions in financial management, planning and analysis at Honeywell International, Boeing Company and McDonnell Douglas.
Asbell holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in finance from Saint Louis University.
Bill joined Walmart in October 2014 and is currently the Senior Vice President Finance & Strategy, Supply Chain, Walmart US. Bill is responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis and Decision Support for a network of over 150 distribution centers and transportation, including both the private fleet and third party carriers.
Bill came to Walmart from Diageo plc., where he served in various senior executive roles, including Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, Global Duty Free and Middle East; Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, North America; Senior Vice President of Finance, Americas Supply; Vice President of Finance, Decision Support; and Vice President of Business Risk and Audit.
Prior to his extensive career with Diageo, Bill also held senior leadership roles with PepsiCo, Cargill and Deloitte.
Bill and his wife, Jennifer, have four sons.

Teri List-Stoll most recently served as chief financial officer at Gap, Inc., a leading global retailer with over $16 billion in revenue. In this role, Teri oversaw the finance and accounting, real estate, and information technology organizations, as well interim oversight of supply chain.
Teri previously served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc., where she oversaw the finance and legal organization. Before this, she served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Kraft Foods Group. As CFO of Kraft, she led the finance and accounting, information services and business process excellence organizations. From 1994 to 2013, List-Stoll was with Procter & Gamble, progressing to senior vice president and treasurer. Before this she spent over nine years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she provided financial counsel to large multinational companies. During this time, she also participated in a two-year fellowship with the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).
Teri serves on the boards of Microsoft, Danaher Corporation and Double Verify, a private company. She serves on the audit committees of all three, including as Chair at Double Verify. She also serves on the Nomination and Governance Committee of Microsoft and the Compensation Committee of Danaher. She serves as an advisor to Scholars of Finance, an initiative to develop future finance leaders. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Michigan University and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
Pratik Khowala is group executive, Corporate FP&A at Mastercard. In his role, he is responsible for strategic planning & resource allocation, budgeting & forecasting, operational data management and revenue assurance. In addition, he is finance business partner for all the global support functions.
Previously, Pratik was CFO for the Middle East and Africa region based out of Dubai.
Prior to joining Mastercard, he spent 10 years at Citibank and Barclays working in country and regional finance roles. He has worked across Consumer and Corporate banking and has managed businesses across Asia, Middle East, Africa and Central Europe.
Pratik holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
Cassie is an experienced leader, operational partner, and problem solver with extensive knowledge of the telecommunication industry.
Currently, Cassie is a Senior Vice President and serves as the Chief Audit Executive for AT&T Inc.—one of the world’s largest technology, media, and telecom companies with more than $170 billion in 2020 revenues. In her current function, Cassie is responsible for risk assessment and for planning and executing customized audit engagements to ensure that risks are appropriately mitigated, and that significant business processes are being followed.
In nearly 3 decades with AT&T, Cassie has served in various leadership roles across finance and accounting. Prior to her current role, Cassie served as CFO for AT&T’s Network, Technology, and Global Supply Chain organizations where she oversaw nearly $50B in annual spend—including management of AT&T Communications’ capital investment program.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Andretti Acquisition Corporation where she chairs the audit committee. Cassie also leads the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas.
Cassie earned her Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree from Mississippi State University and is a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accounts. She was a member of the Mississippi Army National Guard and is a U.S. Army veteran.
Emily Backstrom is currently Vice President, Finance for Convenience & Foodservice. Previously, she held the roles of Vice President, Finance for Meals & Baking in North America and Vice President, Corporate Strategy focused on enterprise strategy development. Emily lived in Singapore for nearly four years where she served as Finance Director of AMEA and then the Vice President, Finance for the Asia & Latin America segment. Prior to her time in Asia, Emily was the Director of Financial Operations for General Mills’ natural & organic businesses, during which time she was a key architect in the successful acquisition and integration of Annie’s. Over her 18-year tenure at General Mills, Emily has held a variety of Finance roles in Snacks, Meals, Supply Chain Logistics and Corporate (Investor Relations, Strategy, Reporting), as well as cross-functional assignments in Marketing. Her early career was in investment banking with SG Cowen Securities in New York.
Outside of General Mills, Emily is active in the Minneapolis community as a Board Director for the Minnesota Orchestra and the Junior League of Minneapolis (President 2008-09). In 2009, Emily was named by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal as a “Woman to Watch.” She holds a BS in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Guillaume is the Global Head and General Manager of the HP Print Supplies business. In this role, Guillaume leads all aspects of this business unit worldwide, driving new product and business development across the broad supplies portfolio of ink, toner and media businesses.
Since joining HP in 1998, Guillaume has held various leadership positions in Finance across the business units and around the globe.
Most recently, Guillaume served as the Global Head of Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Strategy and Business Management for HP. Prior to that, he was Global Head of Finance for Supplies, achieving the targeted stabilization of the Supplies revenue. He also served as Head of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis; Head of FP&A for Printing and Personal Systems Worldwide; Head of Finance for Personal Systems in EMEA; and in various Controllership roles in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS countries, and Africa.
During his more than 20 years tenure with HP, Guillaume has lived and worked in different locations in Europe and USA.
Guillaume holds an MBA from the ICN Business School (Nancy, France) and an MBA from Bloomsburg University (Pennsylvania, United States).
Peter Kuipers, with over 25 years of experience in technology industries both in Europe and the United States, has a proven track record of business partnering to scale businesses and deliver profitable growth. Peter joined Omnicell as Executive Vice President & CFO in 2015 and guided the company through multiple major product launches, a number of strategic acquisitions, and lead equity and debt financing rounds. In 2018, Peter was awarded the Bay Area CFO of the Year Award for the small to medium public category. In addition to the CFO role Peter is also leading the international business, global supply chain & manufacturing, global commercial bookings & deal desk, and global information technology teams. Prior to Omnicell, he served as CFO at Quantcast Corporation, and The Weather Company. Earlier in his career Peter served in various financial leadership roles at Yahoo!, including for the company’s largest geographical region as Vice President of Finance for the Americas Region, a $4 billion business, Altera Corporation, General Electric Company, and Ernst & Young. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in the Netherlands.
Valdis joined Uber in 2017 and has led several finance teams across the organization. He is currently the Head of Finance for Core Services, which includes global management for the Safety & Insurance, Payments, and Community Operations teams. Previously, he has led the mobility finance teams for US & Canada and Latin America. He has also worked on key strategic initiatives across Uber including customer engagement strategy, capital allocation, and the optimization of marketplace pricing & incentives.
Prior to joining Uber, Valdis worked in venture capital at TDF Ventures and private equity at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division covering financial institutions.
Valdis holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
